Position Overview:
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage customers, nurture leads, and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Development:
- Design, implement, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotions, newsletters, product announcements, etc.).

- Develop visually appealing email templates and layouts that are mobile-responsive.
- Audience Segmentation:

- Maintain and grow the email database, ensuring list hygiene and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Automation and Workflow Management:
- Set up and manage email automation workflows (e.g., welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, cart abandonment).
- Optimize and personalize email journeys to drive customer retention and conversions.
- Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email content, CTAs, and sending times to improve email performance.
- Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and conversions to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track, analyze, and report on key email metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Email Marketing Platforms: Proficiency with email campaign tools and automation software.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing email performance metrics and using insights for optimization.
- Copywriting: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging email content.
